THE ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

If you’ve ever wished you could lead a design team that puts users first and has executive buy-in to back it up, this is that moment. The role goes beyond pixels. You'll be building out a full product design function, working alongside cross-functional peers, and owning the entire design lifecycle from concept to execution.  Whether that’s helping navigate complex UX challenges or pushing for clarity in product strategy, your role will be part leadership, part execution, and all impact.

WHO THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

Here’s what will set you up for success:

• You’ve led product designers for at least three years, and know how to coach, develop, and advocate for your team
  
  
• You’re confident working in complex product environments, not just MVPs or landing pages
  
  
• You’ve worked in fintech or financial services, or have experience in similarly regulated, high-trust industries
  
  
• You understand B2B2C dynamics, designing for both businesses and the consumers they serve
  
  
• You’re US-based and ready to work remotely with a collaborative, mission-driven team
