The Roles We're working on

We’re placing five key hires across strategy and engineering, tight-knit, no-fluff roles that will build the backbone of this product.

On the Strategy Side:

• AI Product Manager : Translate messy problems into clean product decisions. This is an execution-heavy role with a high bar for quality and speed.
• AI Strategist :Work directly with leadership to shape the long-term AI roadmap and help prioritize what gets built and why.
• Lead Data Scientist: Architect the intelligence layer of the product. You’ll guide model design, performance tuning, and how data turns into decisions.

On the Engineering Side:

• Machine Learning Engineer: Build and train models that power prediction, personalization, and fraud detection.

• AI Software Engineer: Architect systems that integrate seamlessly, run fast, and handle real-world data at scale.

This team won’t be operating in isolation. They’re building the product from day one, with full ownership and a clear stake in the outcome.
