WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll lead the development of a brand-new Ruby on Rails platform. It’s a true player-coach role: one part architect, one part hands-on builder, one part mentor. You’ll be working directly with product and leadership to set direction, move fast, and build things the right way.

You’ll help hire and grow the team as the company scales—but you’ll start by getting your hands dirty. It’s a 50/50 split between coding and management, and you’ll be central to making sure the product ships cleanly, quickly, and at a high standard.
