About the role

As a Founding Full-stack Engineer, you'll help architect our platform from the ground up, making critical technical decisions that will shape our product for years to come. You'll build scalable systems spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, and data infrastructure. Working directly with founders, you'll implement core functionality across user authentication, matching algorithms, payment processing, and reporting dashboards. You'll establish engineering best practices, testing protocols, and deployment pipelines while maintaining agility. This role involves both strategic thinking about technical architecture and hands-on implementation to rapidly iterate on product features.

About your background and skills

Strong full-stack development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP). Track record of building production-grade applications from inception to deployment. Experience with database design, API development, and responsive interfaces. Background in marketplace platforms, payment systems, or workflow automation valuable. Ability to make thoughtful technical decisions balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability.
