About the role
As the Lead Product Designer, you will spearhead the design vision and strategy, ensuring that complex financial workflows are translated into intuitive user experiences. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you'll lead the end-to-end design process—from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining design consistency across the platform, mentoring junior designers, and advocating for user-centric design principles. By leveraging your expertise, you'll contribute to building a product that simplifies fund management for clients, enabling them to make informed decisions with confidence.
About your background and skills
We're seeking a seasoned product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web applications and a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies. You should have experience leading design projects from conception to launch, collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Sketch, along with a solid grasp of HTML/CSS, is essential. Familiarity with financial systems or enterprise software is a plus, but not mandatory. Above all, you should be passionate about creating seamless user experiences that simplify complex processes and have a keen eye for detail.
