About the role
As the first full-time marketing hire, you'll define and execute the company's brand and growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations & Go-to-Market, you'll lead initiatives across brand development, product marketing, content creation, and SEO. Your work will shape how the company communicates its value to the market, from crafting compelling narratives to managing product launches. This role offers the opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up, influencing both strategy and execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
About your background and skills
You have 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a B2B startup environment. You're a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach. Your expertise spans brand storytelling, content development, and digital marketing, including SEO and paid search. You're adept at working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders. Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech is a plus. You're excited to dive into the complexities of healthcare and contribute to building a more accessible system.
Compensation and benefits
$180,000-$220,000
