About the role

You'll lead the development of our secure healthcare platform that manages everything from initial patient assessments to ongoing treatment monitoring. Working with our medical and executive teams, you'll architect systems that ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering seamless experiences across telemedicine, prescription management, and treatment tracking. Your responsibilities include designing robust infrastructure for sensitive patient data, implementing secure communication systems between patients and providers, and building analytics capabilities that help optimize treatment outcomes. This position requires both technical leadership and strategic vision to scale our platform as we expand treatment access.

About your background and skills

Extensive experience building secure, compliant healthcare technology platforms. Deep expertise in HIPAA-compliant data systems and telemedicine infrastructure. Background implementing sensitive user authentication and authorization frameworks. Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and integration requirements. Experience leading engineering teams through regulatory challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals and translate clinical needs into technical solutions.
