About the role

As Senior Product Designer, you'll shape digital experiences that guide patients through their recovery journey with clarity and encouragement. You'll design interfaces for our mobile applications that make complex therapeutic concepts accessible and engaging for users of all abilities. Working closely with clinical teams and engineers, you'll create intuitive workflows for exercise tracking, progress visualization, and communication with care teams. You'll conduct user research with diverse patient populations to inform design decisions and validate solutions. This role involves designing for accessibility needs while maintaining consistency across our expanding product ecosystem.

About your background and skills

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital health products or other complex consumer applications. Experience creating inclusive, accessible interfaces for diverse user populations including those with limited mobility or technical proficiency. Proficiency in modern design tools and prototyping techniques. Background in user research methodologies and usability testing. Understanding of behavior change principles and how design influences engagement with therapeutic interventions. Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical experts and translate medical concepts into user-friendly experiences. Experience with design systems and component libraries. Passion for improving healthcare experiences and empowering people to take control of their health journey.
