About the role
As Group Product Manager, you'll lead multiple product teams developing our core platform capabilities while defining our product strategy across several key verticals. You'll oversee the evolution of our booking system, payment solutions, and reporting tools while identifying new opportunities to drive platform growth. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional implementation. You'll analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to ensure our solutions maintain their edge. This role involves mentoring product managers, establishing consistent methodologies, and creating alignment between product initiatives and company vision.
About your background and skills
Strong experience leading product teams with demonstrated success launching and scaling B2B SaaS products. Expertise in marketplace dynamics, particularly in travel technology or financial services. Track record of translating business strategy into executable product roadmaps. Experience with data-driven decision making and defining success metrics. Understanding of enterprise purchasing needs and complex approval workflows. Background working with engineering and design teams to deliver cohesive user experiences. Strategic thinking about platform economics and growth levers. Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business contexts. Passion for simplifying complex operational processes and creating genuine business value through technology solutions.
