About the role
As Staff Brand Designer, you'll evolve and extend our visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints throughout the customer journey. You'll create cohesive design systems that communicate our values of accessibility, sustainability, and technological innovation. Working closely with marketing, product, and growth teams, you'll develop campaigns, digital experiences, and materials that simplify complex energy concepts for consumers. You'll lead the visual direction for launching new market initiatives while maintaining brand consistency. This role involves mentoring junior designers and collaborating with external partners to ensure our brand resonates authentically across all channels.
About your background and skills
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity systems, particularly for consumer-facing technology companies. Strong experience creating cohesive visual languages that work across digital and physical environments. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and understanding of production requirements for various media. Strategic thinking about how brand influences consumer perception and decision-making. Experience working with marketing teams on campaign development and execution. Background in sustainability, clean tech, or home improvement sectors valuable but not required. Must combine creative vision with practical implementation skills. Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders. Passion for environmental sustainability and making complex technology accessible to everyday consumers.
Compensation and benefits
$150,000-$190,000
