About the role

As Lead Technical Program Manager, you'll drive cross-functional initiatives that scale our data collection and validation capabilities across international markets. You'll coordinate complex technical projects spanning engineering, data science, and field operations teams. Working closely with leadership, you'll develop project roadmaps, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll establish program management frameworks that accommodate our unique distributed workforce model. This role involves optimizing operational efficiency of both our technology systems and human data collection networks while maintaining quality standards across diverse regions.

About your background and skills

Strong experience managing complex technical programs, particularly those involving data operations or distributed teams. Expertise in project management methodologies with proven ability to lead initiatives in ambiguous environments. Background working with engineering teams and translating technical requirements across stakeholder groups. Experience with international operations and understanding of challenges in emerging markets beneficial. Excellent communication skills for coordinating across time zones and cultural contexts. Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution. Data-driven approach to measuring program success and identifying improvement opportunities.
