About the role

You'll lead the evolution of our product design vision, creating interfaces that make complex code management workflows feel intuitive and effortless. Working closely with engineering and product teams, you'll design experiences that visualize code relationships, streamline review processes, and integrate AI-powered insights seamlessly into developers' workflows. Your responsibilities include establishing design systems that scale across our growing product surface area, conducting user research with developers to identify pain points, and creating prototypes that transform technical concepts into elegant solutions. This position requires both strategic leadership in defining our product experience and hands-on creation of interface designs.

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating experience designing developer tools or technical products with complex workflows. Strong understanding of software development processes, particularly around version control and code review.
