About the role

As Staff Product Designer, you'll lead the evolution of our core product experience, balancing sophisticated functionality with elegant simplicity. You'll own end-to-end design processes from user research and journey mapping to high-fidelity prototypes and implementation. Working closely with engineering and product teams, you'll translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive interfaces that feel magical to users. You'll establish design systems that scale across our growing product surface area while maintaining consistency. This role involves mentoring junior designers, advocating for user-centered approaches, and influencing product strategy through deep understanding of user problems.

About your background and skills

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex digital products, particularly those involving data visualization, collaboration features, or AI-powered experiences. Strong experience with end-to-end product design from discovery through implementation. Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred) and prototyping techniques. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows and information hierarchies. Experience collaborating effectively with engineers and researchers in fast-paced environments. Background in enterprise or professional tools highly valuable. Must combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders. Passion for creating tools that augment cognitive work and enhance professional productivity essential.
