About the role
You'll shape how patients and clinicians experience our platform across mobile and web applications. Designing for diverse healthcare contexts, you'll create intuitive interfaces that address the complex challenges of medical documentation and communication. Working alongside clinical, engineering, and research teams, you'll translate healthcare workflows into thoughtful digital experiences that respect privacy and accessibility needs. Your designs will help simplify complex medical information into understandable formats for patients while streamlining documentation for busy providers. This role involves continuous user research with healthcare professionals and patients to inform product evolution in this sensitive domain.
About your background and skills
Experience designing digital health products or complex applications for professional environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX solutions that simplify complicated workflows. Understanding of healthcare processes and patient experiences preferred but not required. Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design principles essential for serving diverse patient populations. Skills in prototyping, user testing, and iterative design improvement. Ability to articulate design decisions through the lens of both user needs and business goals. Comfort working within regulatory frameworks like HIPAA without compromising user experience. Passion for improving healthcare through thoughtful technology that preserves human connection while reducing administrative friction.
