About the role
As a Founding Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the company's technical direction and product development. Working closely with the founding team in their New York office, you'll tackle complex challenges such as building real-time voice infrastructure, integrating with diverse healthcare systems, and developing AI agents capable of handling nuanced patient interactions. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability and reliability of their platform, playing a crucial role in the company's mission to enhance healthcare communication.
About your background and skills
We're seeking an engineer with over 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments, proficient in technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Experience with third-party API integrations, especially within healthcare or similarly regulated industries, is highly valued. Familiarity with conversational AI systems and large language models will be advantageous. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality, scalable systems and is eager to work collaboratively in a dynamic, in-person team setting.
Compensation and benefits
