About the role

You'll design technical solutions showcasing our voice AI platform's capabilities while guiding enterprises through implementation. Working directly with customers, you'll architect voice experiences that address specific business challenges across industries. Your responsibilities include building proof-of-concept demonstrations, leading technical discovery sessions, and developing integration strategies that align with client workflows. As a founding member of our solutions team, you'll create implementation frameworks, documentation, and best practices that scale with our growing customer base. This role bridges technical expertise with strategic business consultation.

About your background and skills

Experience implementing AI technologies or conversational systems within enterprise environments. Strong technical foundation with coding abilities and system design expertise. Background in solutions architecture, technical sales, or developer relations. Understanding of speech technologies, natural language processing, or voice user interfaces beneficial. Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts into business value. Ability to prototype quickly and adapt solutions to diverse customer requirements. Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments. Passion for voice technology and its potential to create more natural human-computer interaction.
