About the role

You'll architect foundational systems that define our platform's capabilities from first principles. Working directly with the founding team, you'll build scalable infrastructure for data processing, feature computation, and seamless model integration. Your responsibilities span developing our core execution engine, designing intuitive APIs, and creating abstractions that simplify complex ML workflows. You'll establish engineering standards while making critical technical decisions that shape our product trajectory. This position requires both hands-on implementation and strategic thinking about how infrastructure choices impact developer experience.

About your background and skills

Experience building distributed systems or data processing frameworks at scale. Strong software engineering foundation with expertise in backend technologies and system design. Background in data engineering, ETL systems, or machine learning infrastructure. Understanding of both software engineering and data science workflows. Ability to make thoughtful architectural decisions balancing immediate needs with long-term vision. Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration typical in early-stage startups.
